Our Story
Hillview Dhaba & Grill brings the warmth of a Punjabi dhaba together with the familiar comfort of an American neighborhood grill.
Come in for butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chili chicken, and paneer tikka, or for biscuits, fried chicken, and wings—or mix the two in one sitting. The kitchen cooks both traditions with the same care.
We do not tell a made-up origin story. This is a neighborhood restaurant built around food people actually want to share: Punjabi soul, American grill, one hospitable room.
